Registration & hotel fees

The registration fee	40,000 JPY (including lunch banquet)
One day registration fee	20,000 JPY
Hotel fee	14,800 JPY x number of nights (including breakfast and dinner)

For students

The registration fee	15,000 JPY (NOT including lunch banquet because of the discount price)
Hotel fee	8,000 JPY x number of nights (including breakfast and dinner)

• All fees include tax.
• Hotel fee includes two excellent meals but does not include lunch. In our experience, two meals in the hotel are more than enough. If you need lunch, there are restaurants in and outside of the hotel and some convenient stores nearby.
• No registration fee for accompany persons but additional fee, about 3,000 JPY, for the excursion may be charged. However if you need a twin room, extra charge will be asked from the hotel side.
• Payment of the registration fee with your credit card on the web site will also be possible. The procedure will be announced later. You can pay the registration fee at the symposium site. Major credit cards are accepted at conference site.

Room reservation

We will reserve room in Hotel Sakan for you. You do not need to make room reservation by yourself. About 5 participants will share a room (gender-separated). You can suggest the specific roommates at the registration form if you wish.

Visa application

You can contact Dr. Nagasima (nagasimalowtem.hokudai.ac.jp) to get documents necessary for visa application.

Financial support

If you need some financial support to attend ISSCGF-2018, you can contact us. There may be some support to the persons who cannot get any support from your agencies or university.
